I was immediately enamored with this cotton / acrylic blend ”Shimmering Pond” yarn. It caught my eye when I was shopping for, well, NOT yarn. It’s always the way. I’m so easy. Rows and rows of skeins just sit there knowing they’re cute. I try to stay away. I tell myself that I have enough. Then I think, I’ll just look real quick. “Shimmering Pond” was irresistible. Closing my eyes, I could imagine the possibilities. We’ve been spending time together over the past week and have formed a real bond. Like I don’t think I can let it go.
