Left-Over Ham & Grape Jam

Yellow Bowl Love 💛

I legit lived in the kitchen today. For those of you following along, I was having a delightfully simple, unremarkable morning when I decided to treat myself. Cloud eggs. I found this recipe yesterday while texting with my sister, Kristen, looking for new ways to use the left over Easter ham we both have hanging out in our refrigerators. So… yes, cloud eggs. Super cute and delish and 10 minutes start to finish. I used more of the Easter ham in stuffed chicken breasts for dinner. Delish and only 30 minutes start to finish. The hours between cloud eggs and stuffed chicken was spent making grape jam. The reason for this project, besides just sounding like an overall good time, is simple-I bough 5 pounds of seeded grapes. Oops. What began as a happy-go-lucky little jam making venture took 87 hours. I may or may not be exaggerating. I do know that my fingers were seriously pruned after peeling grapes for hours… all for the love of the yellow bowl (and green, yellow-orange and blue)
